WP1 – Project Management and Coordination
WP1 keeps the project on track: planning, coordination of the nine partners, quality assurance, risk management and reporting to the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), from the first to the last month.
Objectives
The work package ensures that the project is properly planned, executed, monitored and controlled so that it meets its objectives within time, budget and quality constraints. It coordinates the partners and keeps communication flowing among all stakeholders; it identifies, assesses and mitigates risks; it monitors and reports progress and takes corrective action where needed; it manages changes to scope, schedule or budget and checks the quality of every deliverable; and at the end it closes the project with a post-project review of lessons learned.

Where we are
Five transnational project meetings have been held (Milan, Da Nang, Penang, Bucharest, Lyon), the interim report was submitted to EACEA in June 2025, and the consortium is preparing the final meeting and the closing conference.
