WP6 – Impact Analysis and Dissemination

WP6 tells the story of SOHO and measures what it changes: the project website and social media, news coverage, events and the final symposium, and an impact assessment of the project on the target groups and the tourism sector.

Duration: Month 1 – Month 36 (January 2024 – November 2026)
Effort: 15 person-months

Objectives

The work package assesses the effectiveness of the project activities and their impact on the target groups, the regions and the wider tourism sector; it develops and implements a communication and dissemination plan that promotes the project locally and internationally; it makes sure the results and best practices reach government agencies, tourism boards and private companies; and it evaluates the dissemination itself.

Where we are

The website has been online since December 2023 with regular news; SOHO was presented as a best practice at the Erasmus+ National Seminar in Bucharest (October 2024) and has had coverage in the national media of Bangladesh and Vietnam; the final symposium and the impact assessment are planned for the last months of the project.
