WP4 – Intensive Training Sessions and Assessment

WP4 is where the materials meet the people: intensive training sessions for the teachers of the partner universities, assessment before, during and after the training, certificates for those who pass, and the transfer of the modules into the university curricula in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Lead: ULL – Université Lumière Lyon 2; co-leaders POLIMI and UNSTPB
Duration: Month 22 – Month 33 (September 2025 – August 2026)
Effort: 39 person-months

Objectives

The work package provides a comprehensive, intensive training programme with hands-on activities that let participants apply what they learn; it measures the effectiveness of the training through assessments and evaluation; it certifies the participants who complete the programme and pass the assessments; it improves the programme continuously on the basis of the feedback; and it sets up post-training support so that the skills keep being used.
