What this deliverable contains
D1.1 brings together the quality assurance framework of the SOHO project: the Quality Strategy and Evaluation Plan adopted at the start of the project, and the evaluation reports prepared by an independent external expert – an interim evaluation and a final evaluation – delivered as a PDF document in English.
How quality is assured in SOHO
- Every deliverable is circulated to all nine partners for peer review before submission; feedback is collected by e-mail and during the transnational project meetings.
- Progress is monitored against the deliverable and milestone plan of the Grant Agreement, with a shared tracker maintained by the coordinator.
- Training weeks are evaluated through participant feedback questionnaires and assessments, feeding both the WP4 evaluation report and the external evaluation.
- An independent expert reviews the project’s outputs, processes and impact and issues recommendations that the consortium takes up in the following period.

D1.1 – Quality and Evaluation reports
Deliverable D1.1 gathers the quality assurance framework of the SOHO project: the Quality Strategy and Evaluation Plan and the interim and final evaluation reports of an independent external expert. Every SOHO deliverable is peer-reviewed by all nine partners, and the training weeks are assessed through participant feedback, so that the external evaluation builds on documented evidence. The deliverable is led by POLITEHNICA Bucharest and is due at the end of the project, in November 2026.
